Setting up Pi for initial run on Ubuntu.

Same points as Raspbian

create 'ssh' in the boot partition.

copy and edit wpa_supplicant.conf into the boot partition.

in the rootfs /etc/hosts and /etc/hostname set the hostname

unmount and ready to go.
